Atlanta raised, LA based artist Cydnee with a C has spent over a decade becoming the artist she is today, evolving into her most authentic self along the journey. Her story began in the Atlanta all girl group AZ1, who captured national attention on The X Factor in 2013. By 2016, she was signed to Hitway Recordings (Trippie Redd, OG Maco), and ultimately landed in Los Angeles determined to carve her own path as an independent solo artist, teaching herself to engineer, write, and record along the way.

By 2023, Cydnee solidified her signature sound alongside her perennial collaborator and producer, Kinda Rad, who has since co-produced the majority of her last three projects. Her official debut solo project, Confessions of a Fangirl, was a breathlessly passionate ode to K pop and Korean culture (she even taught herself the language). “Cry Alone” the breakout single from the project, defined her new era of emotional R&B lyrics mixed with liquid drum & bass beats. Driven by a dedicated YouTube community of fellow K pop fans, the project racked up over 3 million streams and was only the beginning of her new found success.

Building on that massive momentum, Cydnee signed with Th3rd Brain to release her 2025 follow up project, POV. The six track EP is a neon soaked rollercoaster through heartbreak, healing, and hype beats. Featuring standout tracks like “Love You Down" a drum and bass reimagining of INOJ's 1999 classic.

Most recently, in February 2026, she supported Sudan Archives during her California dates on THE BPM North American Tour. Since then, she has been putting the finishing touches on her upcoming project, JEZEBEL, slated to release October 2026. The EP reflects her truest, most unfiltered, confident, sensual self through tracks that make you feel like you are at a never ending party.
